QUALITY ASSURANCE
    • RJ Construction Group, Inc. will review your plans with you prior to beginning construction, so you are familiar with the specific options you have chosen.
    • Formal construction inspections by RJ Construction Group Inc. control staff.
    • RJ Construction Group, Inc. will conduct a pre-drywall preview with you. This will enable you to view the homes framing, electrical, plumbing & insulation systems before the drywall is installed.
    • Final inspection by RJ Construction Group Inc. upon completion.
    • 1yr. Builder Warranty after closing
    • Permit to Occupy residence issued by County Official
    WARRANTIES
